In this full day retreat we take time to:
Recognize our own challenges in a supportive and community of caregivers & explore better ways to deal with our life situations.
Learn hands-on techniques (Reflexology & relaxation techniques) to help alleviate our loved one’s insomnia, pain, & anxiety.
Learn ways we can better take care of ourselves (through journaling, art, meditation, & movement).
What is in included?
a mid-day and afternoon snack with tea/coffee
a printed manual complete with a review of Reflexology, Relaxation, and Self-Care Techniques.
a self-care package complete with accupressure ring, meditation bracelet, reflexology body butter, aromatherapy oil, & a journal.
*We will spend part of the day working on each others hands, feet, and ears. If you feel uncomfortable working with others (you don’t know), please sign up with a friend.
