In this meditation, I lead you through a meditation on the breath using color. Using color in this meditation on the breath can heighten our awareness of how you are breathing and exactly where your breath actually goes (0r feels like it is going). Breathing is an activity many of us do without attention. Once we begin to focus on the breath we can begin to realize how informative and powerful the breath can be. I suggest you practice this meditation before and after a particular activity: yoga, meditation, exercise, breathwork (pranayama), a cup of tea.. Noticing your breath before and after a particular activity can help emphasize the power of that activity to change your state of being. Enjoy! And as always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
Please enjoy this guided meditation on the sensations of the body, experiencing these sensations freely, and without judgement. Finally, practice tuning into areas of the body that feel tight and constricted and practice using your breath to make space within the body. Feel the mind and body connect as your notice how this physical practice has affected your emotional and mental being. Enjoy!
Thank you for your interest in Replenish Healing Arts and please enjoy this simple 5-minute guided meditation created to help you discover where you tend to hold tension and to help you relax all over. Perfect for beginners and more experienced meditators. Enjoy!
Diaphragmatic Breathing is a technique you can use anywhere in order to lower your stress responses, ease into sleep before bedtime, and stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system. In this guided mediation, Julie leads you through ways to breath diaphragmatically and to bring more balance to your nervous system. Enjoy!
Kapalabhati Breathing is also known as "Shining Skull Breath". If you are familiar with and feel comfortable practicing ujayi breath, then feel free to practice Kapalabhati breath. If you are not familar with ujayi breath, then I suggest you start there practice Kapalabhati Breath.
Kapalabhati Breath can invigorate the mind, help you shake off negaive emotions, and energize you.

When I offered my first Reflexology workshop in 2016, man was it a disaster!
You see,I forgot to mention a few details like the fact that they would have to touch other people's feet. Since signing up with a partner wasn't a requirement, people would be working on STRANGERS' FEET! OOPS. To say people were freaked out would have been an understatement :). The workshop wasn't a total failure though. I did learn a few things like:
Many of you know me personally and know that I rarely stop. I am a mover and a shaker and like to DO things. It is that go-go attitude that probably drew me to meditation and mindfulness. A few years ago I realized that I need more stillness in my life, a little more time to recover. Read more.
When I decided to become a professional reflexologist, I knew that my practice would help my clients feel better in many ways, but I had no idea how profoundly it would improve my own relationships with my children and husband.
