In this meditation, I lead you through a meditation on the breath using color.  Using color in this meditation on the breath can heighten our awareness of how you are breathing and exactly where your breath actually goes (0r feels like it is going). Breathing is an activity many of us do without attention.  Once we begin to focus on the breath we can begin to realize how informative  and powerful the breath can be.  I suggest you practice this meditation before and after a particular activity: yoga, meditation, exercise, breathwork (pranayama), a cup of tea..  Noticing your breath before and after a particular activity can help emphasize the power of that activity to change your state of being.
