The Melt Method

I LOVE the Melt Method!  Sue Hitzman has created a method to release myofascial tension.  She sells books, videos, melt balls, and foam rollers.  I keep the melt balls in my car and work on my hands before and after work, keeping them fluid and supple.  I also use the foam roller at home to release tension in my back and neck.  Check her out!

MELT Creator Sue Hitzmann appeared on "The Dr. Oz Show" to identify what type of back pain you may have. Here she digs deeper into the subject.
